Each piece of equipment that we make is assembled in our flexible-space assembly laboratory.

Accudyne completely assembles every machine in their flexible assembly bay with direct interaction with the engineers responsible for every aspect of the custom equipment.A component ordering and tracking system ensures that all components are acquired and organized in the receiving area. These parts are then ready to be integrated with fabricated parts in our assembly area.

As technicians wire, place, and secure each component and install the safety guards to protect the operator, the engineers make sure that assembly proceeds according to the assembly drawings of the approved design. Any changes or modifications are red-lined onto the master set of drawings.

During assembly, we ensure that all parts, whether made in our machine shop or purchased elsewhere, fit and work together smoothly.
