Client is a manufacturer of fine china. Part of the process includes the manual spraying of a viscous glaze as a precursor to placing the item in an oven for firing.

As all of the spraying had been done by hand throughput times were poor and there were quality issues depending on the experience level of the operator. These variables combined to increase unit cost.

Designed, fabricated and delivered multiple fully automated spray booths to provide a reliable, efficient way of handling a changing menu of ware shapes.
